admin Bids for one set of nationwide third-generation (3G) mobile spectrum licenses in India reached 86.62 billion rupees ($2 billion), or 147.5 percent above the base price, on the fifteenth day of an auction, government data showed on Tuesday. Eighty-eight rounds of bidding had been completed by Tuesday, the Department of Telecommunications said on its website
